We are Rob and Arlene. We believe it is important to bring awareness of the struggles involved with mental illness. Since we live with it on a daily basis we decided to share our experiences. We also both have a passion for creativity. We decided to merge the two and created My Disorder Stability. We strive to promote Healthy Lifestyle choices and take time to reflect on things that make us happy like loving each other, working and spending time together. We have over 35 years of Sewing experience, over 20 years in the Audio Visual world, and we are Full-time Ministers with a combined 20 years. We are real people with real lives and experiences we want to share with you.
